Stable Supply of Excellent Bamboo Materials
QL, located in Nanping, Fujian, China, a region known as the richest in natural ecology and biodiversity at the same latitude in the world. Favoured by nature, Nanping is endowed with rich bamboo forests. Benefiting from abundant sunshine, suitable temperature, abundant rainfall and well-drained soil, the highest quality of moso bamboo in the world is nurtured here.
With 10,000 hectares of its own bamboo forests, QL has successfully realised the entire production loop from bamboo forest to finished products through rational maintenance and harvesting, ensuring strict control over the overall quality of the products and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development. Every year, QL is able to produce about 150,000 tonnes of moso bamboo and selects mature moso bamboo of more than five years of age to ensure that the product has the best strength and the lowest defect rate.
Nanping's moso bamboo, with its excellent toughness, unbreakable characteristics, and good strength and density, has become our preferred material for the production of disposable bamboo catering products and smart home products.

- Modern Manufacturing With the advanced pre-processing production line, QUAN LI carries out precise sorting and standardised pre-processing of bamboo materials with intelligent distribution logic to ensure that every product meets precise and uniform standards, thus stability and quality are significantly improved and the rate of defective products is greatly reduced.
- The Intelligent Bamboo Breaker, which introduces 3D recognition technology, surpasses traditional manual operation in terms of fineness, and is able to produce high-quality bamboo segments with a higher degree of completeness and a more consistent standard, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.
- The addition of the AI vision picking machine, with its advanced intelligent vision recognition system, not only far exceeds traditional manual picking in terms of picking precision, but also dramatically improves production efficiency, realising the dual advantages of high efficiency and precision.
- Intelligent production process, including intelligent bamboo sawing machine, bundling machine, slicing machine, wire drawing machine, packaging machine, etc. Through a series of intelligent operations such as automated bamboo sawing, intelligent loading, automatic bundling, high-precision wire drawing, etc., it not only improves the quality of the products, but also greatly improves the production efficiency.
- The introduction of ANDON system, assisted by electronic signage, enables the workshop on-site problems to be dealt with in a timely manner. Combined with the ERP production management system, it ensures that the factory production is carried out in a smooth, orderly and efficient manner.
